Machine and system availability

We visualise where standstills occur and how they can be reduced.

Material and quality management

We analyse interfaces, material flows and quality-relevant processes.

When improvement initiatives don’t work, the causes often lie deeper.

Many companies are working on individual symptoms under great time pressure: late deliveries are intercepted with extra shifts, buffer stocks are increased, processes are reorganised at short notice. This relieves the pressure at first – but rarely solves the actual problem.

The causes often lie deeper: in historically grown processes, unclear responsibilities, media disruptions between planning and production or a lack of transparency in day-to-day operations.

Internal analyses often reach their limits. Departments look at the same problems from different perspectives and existing routines are rarely fundamentally scrutinised. A neutral view from the outside creates clarity here – directly on the shop floor, together with the people who live the processes on a daily basis.

This is how our analysis works in practice

Our analyses combine data, processes and experience from the operational production environment. We combine ERP and PDA analyses with structured discussions and observations directly on the shop floor. This creates a realistic picture of your current situation – not just from system data, but from the actual production reality.
